Grievances & member redressal

Grow Green Cooperative Society Limited takes complaints seriously. This page explains how members and stakeholders may raise concerns and what response timelines we aim for. It is general information, not legal advice.

How to raise a complaint

Follow these steps so we can log and respond to your concern.

  1. Step 01

    Write clearly

Describe what happened, when, who was involved (if known), and what outcome you seek. Include your full name, membership details (if applicable), and a reachable phone or email.

  2. Step 02

    Use an official channel

Send your grievance by email, WhatsApp (when available), or postal letter to the head office addresses below so we can log and track it.

  3. Step 03

    Keep a copy

Retain a copy of your submission and any acknowledgment you receive for your records.

Acknowledgment & resolution aims

Acknowledgment

We aim to acknowledge receipt of a written grievance within about 7 working days of it reaching an official channel.

Resolution effort

We aim to address or provide a reasoned update within about 30 days where the matter is within the society’s competence. Complex issues may take longer; we will explain if so.

Timelines are operational aims, not statutory warranties. Serious matters may require board consideration or reference to procedures under the Multi-State Cooperative Societies framework.
